- Deviled egg made with hummus
- Whole-wheat crackers and low-fat string cheese
- Grapes with nuts
- Fruit smoothie made with Greek Yogurt
- Tuna and cottage cheese
- bags of baby carrots with hummus
- Fruit yogurt cup
- Celery sticks with nat. peanut butter and a few raisins on top
- Trail mix
- Nuts or nut mix a handful
- Vegetable sticks with homemade Greek yogurt dip
- Broccoli or cauliflower bites with cheese cubes
- Half of a turkey or tuna sandwich on whole-wheat bread
- Cucumber slices with cottage cheese
- Yogurt and granola
- Leftover chicken or turkey slices
- Kashi fiber-rich or grain cereal
