Boot Camp Healthy Snack List

Boot Camp Healthy Snack List
  • Eggs in a basket (egg cooked in the middle of whole wheat bread) 
  • Low-fat cheese cubes
  • Hardboiled eggs
  • Deviled egg made with hummus
  • Whole-wheat crackers and low-fat string cheese
  • Grapes with nuts 
  • Fruit smoothie made with Greek Yogurt 
  • Tuna and cottage cheese 
  • bags of baby carrots with hummus
  • Fruit yogurt cup
  • Celery sticks with nat. peanut butter and a few raisins on top
  • Trail mix
  • Nuts or nut mix a handful 
  • Vegetable sticks with homemade Greek yogurt dip 
  • Broccoli or cauliflower bites with cheese cubes 
  • Half of a turkey or tuna sandwich on whole-wheat bread
  • Cucumber slices with cottage cheese 
  • Yogurt and granola
  • Leftover chicken or turkey slices 
  • Kashi fiber-rich or grain cereal 
  • Pickles with cottage cheese 
  • Box of raisins or other dried fruit with string cheese
  • Natural homemade Banana bread
  • Half a large whole wheat bagel with peanut butter 
  • Apples, bananas, strawberries, cantalop, any fruit works with a flavored or not flavored creamy cottage cheese dip (see recipe for how to make) 
  • Mixed berries with Greek Yogurt 
  • string cheese with Wasa crackers 
  • trail mix with nuts, dried fruit, and dark chocolate chips
  • natural applesauce butter with whole grain muffin
  • Greek yogurt
  • wholegrain crackers
  • natural peanut butter
  • frozen fruits and vegetables
  • Oatmeal
